Wheel Simulators

We had our tires rotated in CO, and the truck place messed up which led to simulator falling off on the freeway. I did retrieve them lucky. My question is: Do all wheel studs require a lug nut before the (original) simulator lug, or can the (2) simulator lugs be used in place of the wheel lug AND si...

Re: Wheel Simulator and lug

Thanks for the responses. I'm checking them out today.
I am not at RV, and can't remember what thread os on the DRIVES side front (left or right). Been too long since pulling off simulators myself.

Thanks in advance, again.

Wheel Simulator and lug

Anyone out there know where to get Wheel Simulator lugs for the front wheels. The previous shop must have cross threaded while reinstalling. While at TransWest in Longmont, CO they ended up removing the lug while attached to the simulator (hub cap) while doing tire rotation and brake check. They are...

Re: Side Windows Replacement

Thanks to all! I have work in progress with RV Glass Solutions in Phoenix, AZ as Colberg could not get us in until July. I see the company is having problems hiring and retaining workers. Our RV has been with the company since Feb 3rd, and still do not have the glass shipped to Phoenix for install. ...

Side Windows Replacement

I thought I remembered seeing a discussion some time ago about getting side windows replaced and where. Re: Allison 3060 output speed sensor

Thanks much for the information. I have the same problem since we bought the RV 2 years ago. Wife noticed as we took our first trip and she followed in Jeep and I was keeping up with traffic, but she kept dropping back. Called and yelled at me for speeding. Ended up driving on a road that had a spee...

Dinghy tow vehicles

I don’t see Toyota having the 4Runner 4x4 listed as towable in guides. Does anyone flat tow a 4Runner? If so, what steps to tow correctly?
