Re: Main belt for 2005 Cheetah CatC7
Ryan, One method I used was to use a string to measure the belt distance. Just trace the serpentine tract with the string and measure.Jim. 2000 Continental Panther, 425 Cat

Re: brake lights
Hi Rob,I had the same problem on my 2000 Continental Panther. I found a 5-4 adapter near the rear bumper. It was wired directly to the 6 plug jack on the fender and was bad. I replaced it last year and all is good. I wired the tail lights on my 2010 Escape hybrid in the same way with separate light...

Re: Jack service complete..
'Your awning runs on 120VAC. On my 2000 Panther, there is an AC switch in the overhead compartment, just forward of table, passenger side. It is very easy to push something against that wafer switch and unknowingly shut off the awning. The DC fuse pane is adjacent the AC panel on the back wall of...

'Gary,My fuel averages about 8.5 -8.7mpg and I’m always towing. I live in Seattle area so I’m usually crossing a couple of passes per trip. On the flat in a no wind condition, expect 9.5. Headwinds/tailwinds can actually change that by +- 2mpg. Most Safaris, Beavers, Monacos in the 99-2002 time f...

Re: 2000 Continental Panther
'Hi Gary,I have a 2000 Continental Panther, 425 Cat. We have had our rig for 3+ years and I must say, my experiences have pretty much been far better than anticipated. The quality of the Safari Panther is exceptional when compared to most everything out there. The 1500ft lbs of torque means you’ll ...
