Sorry, I forgot to mention they don’t pull the transmission. Either it’s done through the inspection hole or the starter is removed for more access.

Call some welding shops, they can fill in the missing teeth and then grind out the right profile.

Much much cheaper than a flex plate.

On my 96 the HVAC control head is the same part number as a Chevy Cavalier. If you can get the part number from yours that would be a great start.

Depends on shifter pad. Some you can get replacement board for the gear selector which is half the price of a new one. But most are a sealed unit and the whole assembly needs to be replaced. ~$900us 1500cad
