Power steering moan

Hi Guys, This is not a new subject but I am still needing help. I have typical Sheppard M80 gearbox with hydro-boost brakes and a Vickers vane pump on a Cat 3126 engine. My steering moans really loud when I make turns at slow speeds especially when using the brakes. We are in the Seattle area. Getti...

Tow dolly brakes install

Hi Safarians! We have a Kar Kaddy by Demco tow dolly without brakes. I want to install electric brakes. Our Ivory has a Tekonsha Voyager module already installed under the dash and a 6 din trailer plug. All trailer lights work fine but I haven't tested all dins yet for trailer brake voltage. Any inf...

Re: No start with key

I had a similar issue. No start with key but would start in service bay. I fixed my issue by cleaning and squeezing clips to tighten some fuses that are right above the batteries. They are barrel like fuses between two spring clips. The are four of them in a row with no markings. It was easy so it m...

Re: RVA Jacks bolts

Thanks Guys! Thanks for the picture Robert. Understanding this before I do anything is really helpful and I may leave it alone. I have looked at mine closer and they are there but squashed and cracked. Good advise John. I will try getting the nuts off by hand before getting the air tools out. If the...

Re: RVA Jacks bolts

Thanks Robert, Maybe my jacks do need some repair. I will check the condition of the rubber bushings. I haven't looked real closely at this yet. I assume you have done this repair. Where are the bushings? Are they on the inside, outside, or between the frame and jack plate? I am assuming that the nu...

RVA Jacks bolts

Hi Guys, I have a question about my rear jacks. I have a typical 3 pad RVA jack system. I lifted coach quite high and in back I noticed the jacks pointing outward to the side. The jacks seem to have pin like bolt on top that can swivel and 2 bolts on the bottom that hold it to the frame mount. Both ...

Re: top clearance lights out. markers and headlights ok

Thanks John and thanks Mel! It was an ICC switch issue . The switch is ok but one of the spade connecters had come off. So I now have my clearance lights and my ICC switch works. I think I will start using it. I never had a ICC switch before I would just turn my lights on and off. I really appreciat...

top clearance lights out. markers and headlights ok

Hi, getting ready for an outing this weekend I discovered all my top clearance lights are not working. The headlights, bottom marker lights, blinkers, and brake lights are all working. Top clearance lights don't work with the key on either. I have an ICC momentary switch on left panel. I have search...
