Re: Ride height?
Thanks to all the members that have posted. I'm going to finish this "ride height post with what I have come up with for my coach. My 2000 Beaver Monterey 38' dual slide with Reyco 1212 front and 240Ar rear with 238" wheelbase. Front ride height is 12.50" (from axle pad to bottom of f...

Re: Ride height?
While I'm still trying to locate some information about the chassis/suspension on my coach I noticed this about the Reyco 1212 front. Koni lists a shock for Safari 1212 front #88-1458SP2 and rear 88-1457SP1. The shocks specs are correct for my coach. What suspension is this called?? For what it is ...

Re: Oil change
What you circled is the proper oil fill. I have a 24" clear plastic hose that fits tight in fill pipe an attach to a large funnel so I can fill with 5 qt. containers with ease, using a small step ladder.

front air bag (spring)
Need the part number for 2000 Beaver Monterey 36' with Reyco 1212 front steer. Read on the Beaver forum that number is Reyco 20772--01 in front and then I read another saying its 20773-01 in front??. Also found equal to 20773-01 in a Firestone W01-358-8959. I can't find a number anywhere on the bag,...

Re: Ride height?
Wolfe I don't know if you remember or not that I have been trying to find the info. on this configuration since I posted on Beaver club in 2016. You made suggestions on Roadmaster and Source Engineering in Oregon. Those where all question marks or come by and we will have a look. This combo was only...

Re: Ride height?
Thanks Wolfe that makes since on the advertised ride height. I checked the Reyco 240AR rear advertised ride height and it reads "Ride height from 8.5" to 10" Axle travel 3.25" jounce and 3.25 rebound. The 1200 Steermaster front is advertised 9.25 (not 9.50) to 15.75. So doing the...

Re: Ride height?
Correction to post. Beaver moved the generator to the front on the 2002 Monterey models not 2001.

Re: Ride height?
I really do not know what the name of my chassis is. I do know that it has 4-air bags and 4- shocks with Reyco 1212 front steer straight axle and Reyco 240AR in rear. It is not the conventional Magnum 510AR/610AR. All the info that came with coach is not correct in regard to the chassis. So with thi...
