Re: Winter RV'ing in extreme cold - best practices, tips, etc?

I am in a campground that claims 50A hookup and indeed has a 50A outlet for my '01 Zanzibar and I can run two 750w/1500w heaters on the low (750w) setting but if I try to run anything else significant like coffeemaker or microwave, will pop the lower breaker on the inverter outside. Intake heater relay fuse?

1997 Serengeti Ivory with 3126 Cat.
Can anybody tell me where I might find the fuse for the intake heater relay circuit?
Not the big breaker for the heating element but the one that feeds the solenoid that connects the intake heater.
Also, what amperage should it be?

Thanks

Re: CAT 3126B oil pressure sensor manifold

Ive read many reports that filling the deep sump with the full recommendation of 30 or 32 quarts results in blowing quite a bit of oil out the drool tube. Contributes to debris blocking the radiator or oiling up a tow'd.

Re: CAT 3126B oil pressure sensor manifold

I just went through this for the first time.
22 quarts if you have a steel oil pan.
29 quarts if you have an aluminum oil pan.
