Re: with propane gas off, turn all appliances off when traveling
Thank you Mel too. What are these TWO propane valves? I mean, what is the function of the second one? Other question because I know that you and I have the same model of coach (Sahara 96): do you still have your original Norcold fridge? If yes, is it a 682? If no, what model do you have now? Norcold 682 to replace
Hello My Norcold fridge (I *think* that it's the 682 model but I'm not sure) seems to be at the end of its life. No more cold, on 110 or on propane. I think that after 25 years, it's time to replace it. I have the choice between a new RV fridge (they say that the Norcold NA8LXL is a replacement) or ...

with propane gas off, turn all appliances off when traveling
Hi, I was reading on the eternal subject about turning on or off propane while driving. Here they say : Remember to turn all appliances off when traveling. Most use an electric ignition that can create a spark and trigger an explosion if there is a break in the propane line. So they say to turn off ...

I'm always impressed about the quantity of knowledge here!
Thank you very much John for your answer.
By the way, I assume that I can change this broken resistance without any risk of damage, right?

What is the function of condenser/resistance in fuse panel?
Hi again, I wanted to clean the contacts in my fuse panel and I noticed one thing. On each "box" (there are three), we can see a condenser coupled with a resistance. I was wondering the function of this couple. I ask the question because one of the resistances seems broke and I am wonderin...

Overflow tank for 1996
Hi all, My overflow tank has to replaced and I've read somewhere ( https://www.rv.net/forum/index.cfm/fuseaction/thread/tid/23511642/page/2.cfm ) the following: The pictures from Galvanizd are not of the F6HZ-8A080-B overflow tank. The F6HZ-8A080-B tank is 30" x 6" x 3" (Long and Skin...

Re: Problem with shift panel: no display
Ok I unscrewed the 6 screws of the driver's left panel in order to get access to the ECU. Everything seems well connected (actually I could not disconnect anything). Now I'm trying to find those 12 VDC positive terminals to test them. Are they located in the VIM?
