Do not use a white led bulb behind a colored lens.

This helps a lot if you don't want to replace the assembly.

most of the time you can replace with an LED 194 bulb. I am not sure you gain much by doing so. Seems the reflectors/lenses don't do as well with LED bulbs. The marker lights that are LED usually have a strip of LEDs to give out a nice light.

I am referring more to the suspension, like the rear track bar or the bushings in the control arms.

Just under 40k on the odometer. Things are so large its hard to get enough leverage on anything to check for play. I don't see any of the bushing cracking out or starting to come apart.

I do get all the steering and fan hub zerts every year.

Started up the motor last night, looks like the leak is fixed and all dummy lights and gauges are still working.

Fixing an oil leak I had to remove the power steering pump. I need to replace the lost fluid. The res says DEX II. I assume that DEX III fluid will be fine. There is a three wire sensor on the other side of the motor that CAT supplies for the ECM. I do have a oil pressure light that I see when the key is in the run position. I am sure that this is what this switch is providing. There must be another sensor somewhere else that provides input for the oil ...
