Looks good, but I would be concerned about that electrical outlet with the wire nuts outside the box. They need to be in a box with a cover on it. Your heater control looks a lot like our 2004 GMC Safari van control, yours could be an earlier version of either ASTRO of Safari mini van.

Some time ago I had a similar problem. Replaced the regulator - thermostat - it was physically broken. Cat says to replace every 3 years. Is your radiator clean.

I believe Brett is right for Michelin tires, but you would need to double check for other brands. I believe Brett once recommended 265/75R22.5 as the best match.
