Thanks John Worst case I also put new shoes on, but I will check out a couple of places that are dealers for Meritor. Will let you know how they turn out. thanks John, The one spring they show doesn't have any dimensions so will have to call and see if they have them.
I got Rockwell tag and part# but no luck finding anything.

Parking brake

Found a spring rolling around in the drum.Want to replace all springs. Brake shoe are good and no scoring on drum.

I had to get towed in on my last hundred miles of trip to Maine. I thought the problem wasfuel filters. I stopped at rest area to change and could not get primed. This has the little push button primer on the filter and i even tried breaking the line at splice from tank and priming but would not pic...

I did the same thing ,had to buy another.
They made it thru the rain of TS Nicole with no moisture problems

John they were an almost perfect fit. We are on a trip to FL now and no problem. Did not have to do any additional bracing. Those old bulbs always got water inside that was there downfall. My only problem now is communication between Allison and the ECM.When in the rain I lose speedometer and cruise...

Are you changing your alternator yourself.Just have it rebuilt you will be further ahead .
