Re: Check engine Light
The circulation is does not reveal anything unless the pump or the belt is gone. It is the temperature of the coolant that is the issue. But if the temperature is 190 to 210 that is normal, getting over 210 is a problem. The engine derates at 230. I think you need to get a scan gauge tool for a CAT ...

Re: Check engine Light
This was my first problem, same coach same year. Radiator plugged.
See here under engine overheating...I. would suggest don't go to an RV dealer.

John, after reading your post I see the importance of the part numbers. When you have an opportunity can you please send me the part numbers for my coach as per my signature? Thanks, Robert.

Re: 3 questions: Pop Rivets, Audible temp alarm, Rear inner axle seal?
Willie, I am not an expert on this but had to rivet my drivers front quarter panel. I pulled it loose when I was stuck on a hill sideways. (1). I used aluminum (HF) rivets but added a thin washer on the back side to spread the force, stainless may require this if used against fiberglass because of t...

Re: Safety - Propane Lines
I found a 2' propane line on Amazon I would like to replace my slideout propane line. There are also two lines on the tank. Would this be an acceptable replacement. I think I need three.

Safety - Propane Lines
In working on the fuel system, which involved replacing the fuel lines (2 lines 90 ft in total) I discovered a serious potentially life threatening issue with the propane lines on my coach. The lines were original and therefore 20 years old. This presentation shows the failures and may serve to aler...

Re: ITR HURRICANE HEATER DIAGNOSIS and REPAIR
I read through your posts again. I worked out the wiring connections for the thermostat and AC controls in order to change to a newer LCD controller. I haven't had time to create a post on this, but will send you what I have if you need it right away. If you send me a message with your phone number ...

Re: ITR HURRICANE HEATER DIAGNOSIS and REPAIR
Before buying anything I would strongly suggest you watch the maintenance videos on the ITR site https://itrheat.com/support/training-videos/ It can get very expensive and discouraging getting the hurricane system repaired and supported by dealers. All you may need to do is bleed the system for air,...

Re: Solar connections
One way is to run down near the fridge vent, thru the roof, then floor, that way you don't have to deal with the walls. On my coach the fridge is the same side as the battery bay so the run is short.
