I can't speak to whether the M100 will directly replace the M80 but I would not buy an 'off the shelf' steering box. Much better to send yours out to be rebuilt by Redhead Steering Gear. You will get a much higher quality product for less than half the cost.

I run mine at 115 cold. Lower pressures will build up more heat in the tires.
