If your pedal goes down to the floor and feels spongy, its either a bad brake line (leak in the brake system) or the new master cylinder went bad. Are you low on brake fluid??? A trickle charger is not enough to charge your bank of batteries, it is designed to maintain them when not in use. You need something that can put out at least 30amps...
