Re: Cleaning sensors in black tank

Faulty sensors aren't a problem if you use plenty of water, Happy Campers https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81OC9y-p-eL._AC_UL320_.jpg and keep your dump valves closed till the tank is at lease 2/3 full. You can get Happy Campers treatment at finer RV supply stores or online at several vendors. He...

Re: Replacing cable actuated sewer valves with rod actuated

Great Job! I like it very much! Would have liked to see a picture of you up in there cutting out the old valves :D My old Residency had two dump valves for the black tank. One on the passenger side and one in the wet compartment on the driver's side. I got tired of walking around to the "other&...

Re: Can anyone identify this

I'm going out on a limb and say replacing the vacuum reservoir isn't going to help with your electrical problems in any way. Now if your air conditioner and heater are giving you problems too, replacing could help but the tanks seldom go bad.

Re: Loose mirror interiors

I'm pretty sure the mirrors are held in with 3 barbed plastic fingers. I found this link for: How to Replace the Mirror Inner Support Plate Guidelines for how to replace the inner support plate in Deluxe mirror heads https://www.velvac.com/sites/default/files/resource-files/how_to_replace_inner_supp...

Re: Can anyone identify this

They're hard plastic tubes. I'll guarantee it. They will break if bent too sharply. Looking at your picture, you can see how they're sealed in the rubber (neoprene) fitting that's going into the vacuum tank. The adhered up in there in someway and can't be pulled out.

Re: Can anyone identify this

Those aren't wires. They're plastic tubes. Somewhere, they're connected to the damper motors that control the heater/air conditioner outlets. The selector switch on the dash directs the air down to the floor, through the air conditioner vents or through the defrost vents. If there is no vacuum, the ...

Re: Can anyone identify this

The more pictures I see of the how the tubing is connected, the more I'm sure it's a vacuum reservoir. Those aren't wires. You're electrical problems are not related to this canister. If your air conditioner vents stop working and all the air starts coming out of the defrost outlets, come back and v...

Re: Can anyone identify this

Are you sure those are wires coming and going? It reminds me of a vacuum reservoir.
