The section of the diagram that says coach batteries is the house batteries and the DC system those batteries run, including the inverter. If you are looking for the 120v side of the house/coach electrical system, that would be a different diagram...

The location of the engine serial numbers is usually on the timing gear cover, right by the injection pump.

How long were you at that campground? If you arrived the night before, there might have been enough residual heat in the coolant that did allow the system to engage the heat cycle...

I would highly recommend Fleetguard oil filters for your Cummins. Not only are they a high quality filter, but Cummins uses Fleetguard as their OEM filter. You measure from the bottom of the belt line to the center of each wheel, at all for corners, coach completely level, fully loaded for travel.
