Fresh Water Drain

Post by airnav33 »

We just inherited a 1994 Safari from my wife's father. He lived in it for a few years and we are trying to get some things fixed up to sell it. It is in great shape but has not been used in a couple years. I am having a hard time finding the fresh water drain for winterizing. I am not winterizing now but am trying to learn as much as possible about this motorhome that I can. I have found the low point drains for the hot and cold water but cannot find the drain for the fresh water tank. Any help is greatly appreciated.

On my 97 Ivory the drain valve is access from the front basement compartment. It's on a pipe that's against one of the basement support hangers. If you look underneath the coach you should see a pipe that's open on the bottom sticking straight down. Your valve should be directly above that.

As with your other question, please give us details on what coach you have.
