1995 Safari headlights

I need to replace headlight adjuster screws. Can anyone tell me what else these assemblies were used on? Thanks

Also in a 4 light headlight assembly what is different in high beams and low beams except for the aiming of individual lights? Thanks

Found the closest to original headlight adjustment screws are Dorman 42150. Rockauto had best price I could find. Had to make some adjustments in bucket but was fairly simple. Also replacing headlights with LED’s. Thanks
