A strange/differnt way to tow?

The owner of this Monaco coach: https://tinyurl.com/vhp9rre , tows a SUV with "a heavy duty hitch on the SUV, 3 receivers on the MH and a winch on the middle one to lift the rear tires off the ground".
That's NOT something I have never seen, (or heard of), before.
