Safety - Propane Lines

Post by Safaritoonces »

In working on the fuel system, which involved replacing the fuel lines (2 lines 90 ft in total) I discovered a serious potentially life threatening issue with the propane lines on my coach. The lines were original and therefore 20 years old. This presentation shows the failures and may serve to alert others of a potential problem.

I found a 2' propane line on Amazon I would like to replace my slideout propane line. There are also two lines on the tank. Would this be an acceptable replacement. I think I need three.

Thanks.

Find a propane dealer near you with a service department.
Most propane dealers who have a service department can/will custom make a hose to match any existing hose.
