STELAR (Satellite Television Extension and Localism act)

Congress has renewed/reauthorized/extended the 2014 Satellite Television Extension and Localism act, (STELAR), which allows DirecTV and DISH to broadcast DNS, (Distant Network Stations), for truckers, RV users and tailgaters... and which was due to expire January 1, 2020....But only until May 31, 2020
