Magnum Intelldrive/ MagID

I have a 1997 Safari serengeti Ivory model 3706 with a Magnum Intellidrive unit. I have a quick question, is there a toggle switch to turn it on or do you do it on the unit itself, I see no on/off keys or does it come on when the coach is running automatically?

Also i have been researching on and off this site, it appears a lot of people have switched to Silverleaf electronics, can someone let me know what
model of silverleaf elc. they are using on these older coaches?

Thanks in advance for all your help, new to owning a motorhome have had 5th wheel in the past. I have always liked the safari Serengeti purchased from original owners family they did not know how to operate anything thus the questions.
