My coach has a hot-skin condition, http://noshockzone.org/rv-electrical-sa ... -hot-skin/ ...but ONLY WHILE THE SPLENDIDE washer dryer combo is running a DRY cycle and ONLY WHILE THE SPLENDIDE DRUM IS ROTATING, (clockwise and counter clockwise, NOT during the momentary pause while the drum is changing direction)... and NOT while the Splendide is OFF or running a WASH CYCLE or a SPIN CYCLE.
Any Ideas where to look, how to fix, or who to ask?

Re: Hot Skin Condition
Mel,
Mike's site has training. If you go to http://noshockzone.org/category/rv-safety/page/2/ you will find basic information on electricity including http://noshockzone.org/rv-electrical-sa ... -hot-skin/ specifically on hot skin.
From his about page: For questions about site content and suggestions about future articles on electrical safety, please email Mike Sokol at mike@fitsandstarts.com or call 301-739-6842.
