Headlight dimmer switch 2000 Safari Continental Panther.

Has anyone had issues with the dimmer switch on a 2000 Safari Continental Panther?
I have no headlights, power to the sockets but no lights.

You have 12 volts at the headlight sockets? Or the socket for the headlight switch?

Strange thing, 12.6 low beam, 9.8 high beam. No lights.

Assuming the bulbs are good you have a bad connection to ground.
You could run a separate ground wire to test.
