Re: 240V to 120V adapter
When I close my eyes, why does the image of the cord plugged into this adapter appear to be smoking and ready to set everything around it on fire? Take a 30 amp circuit and plug a 15 cord (or less) into it so you can run your air conditioner or other high powered device, and you've got a receipt for a serious hazard.
I just want to stress the dangers in this and what could happen so anyone using this setup is aware of what could go wrong if it's abused.

Re: 240V to 120V adapter
According to the description it is fused:
"[Safety listed] UL listed for your safety with built in overload protection provided by a non-replaceable 15 amp fuse"
If you blow the fuse I guess you just throw it away?
