Does anyone have or know where I could get a SOMFY unit for my 1998 Safari Ivory Mine shorted out and need a replacement I'm trying to attach a photo but it has 4 leads

That looks like it may be an obsolete part. I would suggest looking at salvage yards like Colaws in MO or see if an electronics shop can rebuild your unit. Also, try looking on some large RV forums like IRV2, maybe there is some info there.

From the picture this looks like a component to me Girard awning. If so I would contact Girard Industries in San Clemente, CA. I know they were doing repairs at their facility a few years ago and they had a pretty good supply of parts.

First you say it's shorted out, is there a fuse either internal or external that protected it?

Try any salvage yard near you.
