Water panel/ black tank access

Good afternoon, I'm hoping to get some advice. I noticed a small leak under my rig by the waste water tanks. My suspicion is that it's either the black water tank or the drain tube but I need to get a better look. My question is, how hard is it to pull the water panel? The leak appears to be near there. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

On my '97 Ivory the way to access the water panel plumbing is from the back side through the basement. Crawl in from the passenger side and remove a carpeted panel. I'd get in there first and see if the leak could be found before I would start removing the water panel.
