'Coiled rubber snakes placed on the roof or mirror will work. One additional trick is to lift the snakes head on a pivot a few inches back so the slightest breeze or vibration makes it wiggle. The birds will stay away.
The snakes should be in the 3 foot range.
You need to reposition the snakes every day or so or the birds will begin to disregard them.
