'We have a 1995 38' Safari Serengeti with a Cummins 300 HP 8.3L DP. The original pilot and co-pilot seats came with waist seat belts. We would like to install ISS (Integrated Seat System) seats with shoulder seat belts. Has anyone ever made this upgrade? If yes, how has worked for you? Does anyone know why this would not be a good idea?
We had a seat manufacture mention a law that may void us using the ISS seats for safety reasons due to the fact that our Class A never had shoulder seat belts before. If this is true, what changes could we do for our seats to be safe for our use? We would feel much safer using a shoulder seat belts.
Thanks in advance, Dave'

Sounds so easy, but the doing of it is not.
