One of the front hub seals on my 1998 37' Serengeti is starting to leak a little. The leak is on the back side. Does anyone know where to get replacement seals or what brand the hubs are?

The part number is in the seal itself,
Remove it and take it into a NAPA store,,,they will be able to fix you up with the correct replacement.
