Robert,

The bulb is a #73 wedge base. On one end of the switch there is a separate 2 pole section that pulls out and that contains the lamp. On the switch I have a picture of it is numbered 9 & 10.

I don't know the p/n of those bulbs... but if you take an old bulb into any auto parts store they will have the correct replacement bulbs.
