I have a 98 Serengeti 4006 with a Splendide Washer/Dryer. While I have owned it for two years I am just getting around to checking out the washer/dryer. I've discovered that I have hot water to the WD but no cold. I've looked for a valve for the cold water but apparently not good enough because I can't find it. I could use some help here, any and all advice is welcome.

Are both of the "OPTIONAL WASHER/DRYER valves" in your wet bay in the ON position?

'RonA bad check valve in the cold water supply line/pipe will cause that.
