I added presentation to show one way to accumulate information and then create a set of pages or entries for off-line access. This is also an effective tool for managing Email Signatures and repetitive text addendum's. Multiple signatures and categories may be maintained at the same time. Although this is presented using an Android phone, Apple phones, Windows and Mac computers have similar systems. The intent is to advance an awareness that will help overcome the tedious repetitive requirement to add signatures that may vary based on which group is being addressed.

I understand and agree... there are no Safari thought control police that will come and take us away to a re-education center at Camping World, there to be tormented for times and times and a half.
The intent was to adhere to the obvious... which you also often point out/imply... if you want help don't make it harder for those trying to help by not giving adequate information. 
Hence "the requirement" that's unwritten but implied, ...have a signature. 
To all the politically correct Digital Amish with mussed up feathers, many apologizes are offered and proferred, but if you want help a heartfelt suggestion... perhaps sign the posts... but only if you feel comfortable with that, whilest knowing deep down in your heart it was not a requirement and that no one can make you have a signature, you are doing this of your own volition and no one has made you do it.
To that end I put together about 3 hrs of work in the presentation to help those that might find it helpful.
