Updates for September 2020

Greetings,
Just a few notes:
1. A new sub-forum named Pets is now part of General Discussions! Share yours!
2. A new update to phpBB is out, and we are tentatively scheduling mid-October to get it installed
3. Some new extensions to phpBB are on tap; details to follow, but also tentatively scheduled for mid-October
