This project replaces the vinyl console on the passenger entrance that held the switches for the forward salon lights, the porch lights, the salesman switch (switch for enabling the 12v interior lights) and the Kwikee Step switch. The original console had a cup holder and two interior boxes for storage. The storage was not that particularly useful for our needs so the console was replaced with a new system that holds the switches and has a map compartment for the Truckers Atlas from Rand McNally and also a second compartment for the smaller 11" foldable road maps and also has the coffee holder but with a deeper recess to prevent bumps tipping the cup over.
