I'm a relatively new owner of a 1999 Safari Sahara it has the CAT 3126b and am planning an oil change. My only real question is about where to add the oil....
Do I put it in from the access under the bed on top of the engine or is the spout in the back with the yellow cap the correct place to add oil.

What you circled is the proper oil fill. I have a 24" clear plastic hose that fits tight in fill pipe an attach to a large funnel so I can fill with 5 qt. containers with ease, using a small step ladder.
