Next weekend I will be moving my 96 serengeti. Here are the maintenance Items I think I need to do:

1. Run high pressure water through radiator fins to clean it out
2. Greese all Zerk fittings, but mostly the fan zerk
3. Make sure no critters are hiding anywhere in the engine
4. Lube the pac brake shaft and make sure it moves. what should I lube this with?
5. Check air pressure in tires
6. Drain any water from fuel Filter
7. Check oil and transmission fluid levels.

Anything else I’m forgetting? And what should I use on the pac brake?

PacBrake Lube: https://pacbrake.com/product/c18037-superlube/

And you will need to clean the "cooling package" from the FRONT/engine room. You are cleaning the front of the CAC. Can't be cleaned by shooting through the radiator/back.

Don't use high pressure, you will bend the radiator fins. Use dawn as a grease remover, flush with water. If you use anything else make sure it is compatible with aluminum, some simple green is not safe to use.

Use only PacBrake lube, don't think camping world carries anymore, ordered mine from Amazon. Lube per PacBrake instructions.

Thanks, just ordered the lube. I’ll make a soap spray Bottle for the radiator.

Best is SIMPLE GREEN EXTREME. Developed for de-greasing aluminum aircraft. Will not harm aluminum parts.

I would rephrase that, to grease ALL grease fittings, especially the fan zerk AND the drive shaft U-Joints.

Depending how long the rig sat, and when the last time this maintenance was done, if it sat a while, i would suggest lubing the brake calipers and flushing the brake fluid, and checking your drive belts, on top of what others already suggested.

Thanks, will get all the lube points and belts. Not sure about the brakes as I have no way to jack or take off a wheel, but I’ll inspect And do what I can from below.
