Starting motor after long down time

Our 2003 Safari SAHARA has the cummins 350 ISC and we usually go some where at least once a month,but with this covid thing it has not been started in 6 months.I know Cummins does not recommend starting it up if you are not going to get it out on the road to get everything up to temp.
Our last moho had the small Cummins and there was a wire at the rear that I could disconnect to shut of the fuel so I could spin the motor over to get the oil pressure up before starting the motor.
Is there a way to do this on the ISC motor?
