Sorry, no first hand experience with measuring straightness of tie rod.

BUT, if toe-in is correct and tie rod ends are not in a bind, not sure it would matter.

I agree with Brett, as long as the Toe is correct, it all looks ok to me.

Don't know what chassis you have, but there are many tie rods that have a curvature to allow a better angle of attack at the joint. This also helps during the manufacturing and repair process. If the alignment is OK that should not be a concern.

There would be no reason for that to be bent from the factory.

On some vehicles it might be bent to clear differential or other components mounted to the axle but in an I beam axle there isn't anything to clear

But like the others said, if toe is good it won't matter.
