Number 4 is likely high idle.

High idle is commonly used for quick warmups, especially during cold temperatures. It is also used to help with alternator charging, when there is a large load on the alternator. A fast idle also helps engine cool off more quickly after a long hill climb, as can happen often because many of the Safaris have marginal cooling systems, and the engines can run hot if one has a dirty/clogged radiator.

My switch panel is a bit different in my ‘01 Zanzibar 3646. Here is what I have. The top switch that is unlabeled is a PAC-brake compression brake.

Thats helpful because I have been trouble shooting the issue thinking the rig had to be in reverse for the camera to work...
I should probably get some type of label maker, rather than using my sharpie everywhere, any iddeas?

Yes, it is.
Yeah. A label maker is helpful. I have some things I need to label too. Some thing helpful to know is which AC outlets work when the inverter is on and those that don’t.
