Wheel Simulator and lug

Anyone out there know where to get Wheel Simulator lugs for the front wheels. The previous shop must have cross threaded while reinstalling. While at TransWest in Longmont, CO they ended up removing the lug while attached to the simulator (hub cap) while doing tire rotation and brake check.
They are unable to find replacement. Might even need the simulator.

I have a 1999 Safari Sahara and had to replace my jam nuts and caps twice. This was caused when I replaced tires and the shop used their pneumatic wrench to tighten the nuts and stripped the threads. I don't know if yours are the same but here is the info on mine which I got online. Mine were on the driver side so they were left hand threads.

Thanks for the responses. I'm checking them out today.
I am not at RV, and can't remember what thread os on the DRIVES side front (left or right). Been too long since pulling off simulators myself.

Thanks in advance, again.
