New Tires

I’m getting ready to purchase tires for my rig and hope you folks could give me some advice. I currently have 10R22.5 on it and was considering Toyo M154’s. One specific question I have is: Is there a metric size for this tire (10R22.5)? Any other questions I should be asking? Thanks!
