front air bag (spring)

Post by RSR7447 »

Need the part number for 2000 Beaver Monterey 36' with Reyco 1212 front steer. Read on the Beaver forum that number is Reyco 20772--01 in front and then I read another saying its 20773-01 in front??. Also found equal to 20773-01 in a Firestone W01-358-8959. I can't find a number anywhere on the bag, and in my info. that came with coach. So if anyone has changed their front bags on a similar Safari or Beaver, just need verification or another bag that will work. My bags are 9"+ in dia.

Your best bet is to remove it and bring it with you to field verify at a truck shop or parts store. How did you measure the bag? If I remember correctly, you need to measure the top hat, the top metal disc the airbag sits under, not the actual airbag. Also, many of items like these were different on the Beavers vs Safaris.
