Installing lithium batteries

Post by Robert K »

I am replacing my 4 gc 2 6 volt 215 Amp batteries with 4 100 Amp lithium batteries.
I am leaving the Heart 20 D inverter so only 2000 watts.
The old cables are1 gauge.
I am replacing with new cable and thinking 1-0.
I am also installing a 300 Amp class T fuse which Safari never installed a fuse to inverter.

Will see how well the Heart works with the new batteries . I have a lithium charger I can use to top them off.
Also 720 watts solar.
We have a Norcold 10 c ft 12 volt fridge and a 12volt freezer/ fridge 2 c ft and furnace in cold weather.
I will not be trying to run AC off this setup
Any thoughts or comments appreciated
