Dash A/C

Dash A/C

The blower on the front a/c comes on as it's suppose to but I have to hold the A/C button in to make it get cold Any help ???

Apparently your original push button switch no longer remains closed when released?
If that's the case I suggest you either:
1.) Replace the switch with another push button SPST, (Single Pole Single Throw), switch.
OR
2.) Locate the wires (to & from) the original push button switch and add a new SPST switch elsewhere in the dash.

I replaced the control panel . Got off E bay for $20 I think its an 88 Chevy Cavalier
