Looking at your picture, before spending too much $$ or time, you need to really clean ALL those connections. 12 VDC is very unforgiving of poor connections. And, that is a LOT of corrosion there!

Everything on distribution days work. What's puzzling me is. Why I have 12v at switch with circuit breaker disconnect? And why the wire marked headlight on breaker already has 12v

Erik,

You have 12v at the switch because the tail lights get 12v from another circuit. You have 12v at the circuit breaker because the circuit breaker is between the battery power source and the headlight switch. The circuit breaker is not between the headlight switch and the headlights...

Can you please provide the part number to the headlight switch? I will try to find a diagram for it.

Check your PM inbox, I sent you a PM.

A couple of things jump to mind - one big (huge) issue with Safari's is that they ran a line from the rear to the front for the headlight power - so while you may be reading over 12 volts, you may be missing the amperage that's needed for the headlights. There have been multiple posts in which members have ran a new, heavier gauge power line and installed a relay for the headlights since ours lack true illumination. This is even more noticeable if you've changed out the old bulbs to new ones that have a higher amperage draw. Another huge issue is that under the dash, Safari had a bad habit of putting everything onto one ground wire, so your ground could be bad or going bad. The top of the dash is fairly easy to take off - on my 96 there are two bolts sticking down that have to have the nuts removed, then the screws for the top of the faceplate have to be removed and the top lifts straight up exposing all the wiring underneath. Also check the ground for your actual headlights on their connectors - if it's bad you can have a feedback loop instead.
Any idea why I have power on the wires coming off circuit breaker when not connected to circuit breaker.

Found the culprit. Corrosion had eaten up some pins in these round connectors.

Can someone tell me where the fuse is for the running lights please! I can get them to come on so my backup camera is not working either.

Please post the year make and model of your coach, as they are very different between certain year categories.
To prevent this kind of issue it would be beneficial to you and helpful to members who are able to help to post your coach information in your signature, this way you don't have to retype your info every post. See my signature as an example...

If you have an older model coach (early to mid 90s) then the fuses are in the small front compartment that opens like a mini hood.
If your coach is newer, then the electrical compartment is located to the front of the front drivers side wheel.

Unless your camera has been modified, the camera gets turned on by a dash switch up on the front left of the driver. Your issue could possibly be the headlight switch, they are not the best quality and they do wear out.
