GFCI bathroom

Gfci outlet in bathroom will not reset but works. Any ideas?

It's a safety item. Replace it.

So, it works but it won't reset? I don't understand that. Please explain the whole problem better.

It won't reset because it's sensing a problem. Your refrigerator may be connected. Try unplugging everything it feeds and resetting it. If it doesn't trip, plug things back in one at a time until you figure out which one is causing the problem.

No power to basement gfci, lamp or outlet behind passenger seat, outlet for dinette. Gfci outlet in bathroom will not pass power through to others on the daisy chain. Outlet works but built in night light won't.

If the "reset" button trips every time you press it there may be a dangerous current leak, (aka: ground fault), somewhere in the electrical circuit serving that GFCI receptacle.

I figured it out. Was breaker on inverter.
