Are the 12V lights in the basement storage on chassis battery?

I am looking for a 12V source in the basement to install a portable 12v refrigerator/freezer. I want to use the house batteries and not the chassis (motor) battery supply. I am thinking just tapping off of the basement storage bulb supply with a cigarette lighter socket. Anyone know what battery the lights run off of?

The basement lights are usually on a switch, and you don't know if the switch and wiring can handle the additional load of the refrigerator, so I would not recommend doing that.
You are better off running a 10 or 8 gauge wire (depending on the electric load and length of the wire run), with an inline fuse, directly from your house battery bank. Or if your refrigerator will be located most forward bins, you could run power from your electric bay that is forward of your front drivers side wheel.
