what engine wires hookup to the 2 12V chassis batteries and to the 4 6V house batteries

Is there another link for the house system or does that pdf for 12V distribution cover both?

The section of the diagram that says coach batteries is the house batteries and the DC system those batteries run, including the inverter. If you are looking for the 120v side of the house/coach electrical system, that would be a different diagram...
