OK, so I found the parts based on the casting numbers. Advanced had them as the calipers and pads for a Ford F650 2006. The casting numbers for the calipers is 4153222. The problem is that this casting number will bring 15 different part numbers, and they will all be correct. In reality, the F650 or the F53 are the only ones that are still valid, the other ones are not available anymore. The only options are the stainless piston or the composite piston. I was not able to find 2 of the stainless, so I went with the composite. It is the same material I had.
Just keep in mind, searching the part number will only get you in a goose chase. The casting number is the key, and the parts store needs to find an available part number. It will be available for a long time, there are a hell of a lot of F53s with those calipers.
Hope it helps.
Calipers, pads and rotors for a 2000 Sahara, what and where to get?
Re: Calipers, pads and rotors for a 2000 Sahara, what and where to get?
Particularly with the phenolic pistons, be sure to change brake fluid on a regular schedule. They swell when exposed to moisture and that speeds their seizing in their bore.

Use a cryogenically treated rotor or pay for it to be done. The life span is better as well the heat dissipation. My two bits.

I take mine to custom tube and have them made in stainless.
I have replaced most of the exposed lines with stainless.
Custom Tube is located outside Buffalo NY. If you have the time to send them your lines

The rear part numbers should be:
Caliper (NAPA part #) : SE8556 (2.88 inch bore).
Brake pads are NAPA part # UP-7149-M (D236)
Caliper (NAPA part #) : SE8556 (2.88 inch bore).
Brake pads are NAPA part # UP-7149-M (D236)

Re: Calipers, pads and rotors for a 2000 Sahara, what and where to get?
I have an early 2000 Sahara. It has different breaks on the back. Same front as the rest.
I pulled a rear caliper off and took it and the pads to NAPA. After over an hour of searching, we found a match. We found it under a mid-90s GMC school bus. Now to find rotors.
Front: (I used the reference numbers found in several places.)
Oreilly's caliper BrakeBest #18-8058
PowerStop pads #Z36-786 (I really like Powerstop brakes, long-wearing, no dust, and no fade.)
Back:
NAPA caliper SE-8551S
NAPA pads SS-7142-M
